1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp cocoa powder (depending how dark you like it)
1 large egg
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 large)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Spray muffin tins with spray oil, then dust with cocoa powder.  Do not use liners as muffins will stick to them.
In small bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.
In larger bowl whisk together egg and yogurt, then stir in oil, brown sugar, vanilla and mashed banana.
Mix dry ingredients into egg mix then add chocolate chips and walnuts.
Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full.
Bake 18-23 minutes at 350 deg. F till toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
Allow to cool before removing from pan.
