6 tbsp butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
8 oz. (225 g pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with foil or parchment. Lightly spray with oil and set aside.
In a small saucepan over low heat melt butter then add sugar. When mixed add chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and beat two minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together and add them to chocolate mixture.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool on wire racks before removing from pan.
