Heat oven to 350 deg. F
Makes two 9×5 inch loaves

398 ml can of regular pork and beans
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice or ground cloves
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Spray pans with cooking spray or line with parchment.
Don’t drain pork and beans.  Pour them into food processor along with eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar.  Pulse till creamy.
Pour mix into large bowl.
Combine dry ingredients (except nuts) in small bowl and add into creamed mix.
Fold in nuts.
Divide mix between two loaf pans.
Bake 50-60 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 20 minutes before removing pans onto wire racks.
