Heat oven to 375 deg. F

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp baking powder
6 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup fresh or canned peaches (drained), diced

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.  Cut in butter.  In a separate small bowl whisk eggs, sour cream and extract together.
Add egg mix into dry ingredients.  Stir in peaches.  On greased or parchment-lined baking sheet drop 1/4 cup sized balls of dough.
Bake for 15-16 minutes till lightly browned.
