Oven 350 deg. F
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (eg. almond milk)
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
8 oz. bag (1 1/2 cup) vegan chocolate chips
Mix together sugars, salt, vanilla and oil.
In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to sugar mix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Bake for 11-14 minutes.
