Preheat oven to 350 deg. F

2 cups raisins
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 3/4 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup margarine, softened

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan or line with parchment.
Cook first six ingredients over low heat just till boiling; set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl mix together brown sugar, oats, baking soda, margarine, flour and salt till crumbly.
Press half into pan.  Pour cooked mixture over crust and sprinkle other half of oat mix over the top.
Bake 20 minutes.
