A natural preservation:
We are using Apple cider vinegar and salt to preserve our Food Crayons.
No other preservatives.
A natural texture :
Thanks to agar-agar, a natural gelling agent extracted from an alga.
Sharpen your Food Crayons to finish your dishes, desserts and cocktails just before serving.
How much should I use?
5 to 10 shavings per plate.
1 to 2 shavings on a bite or on a cocktail.
1 Pencil is about 120 shavings (3 meals for 4 people).
How long should I keep them?
The Food Crayon can be kept for 9 months. Once opened, keep them in the refrigerator in their tube.
