This is a dynamic role including the following:

  • Building sales & supporting the GARDENWORKS brand by engaging with our guests over common interests in fashion & home décor
  • Sharing product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends
  • Manage product placement within department that is reflective of trend and supports brand messaging
  • We look to you to bolster a positive & fun work environment where our team can be proud of their work and are recognized for their contribution

Is this you?

  • A passion for people and product - you will be the role model for a truly outstanding & memorable guest experience
  • 2+ years of retail experience - clothing and footwear a bonus!
  • An awareness of current fashion and lifestyle trends
  • A natural collaborator and ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
  • A team outlook, you love to collaborate with fellow employees!
  • You enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment
