- You’re passionate about plants, nature, and growing things
- Are people focused - you have a strong passion for retail and are committed to providing an outstanding & memorable guest experience
- You bring a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
- You’re flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays (when our guests love to shop!)
- You enjoy staying active — roles involve extended walking, standing, and some lifting

Starting rate $18.00-21.00 depending on gardening knowledge and experience. Season runs March – June.
