Receipt required for ALL returns and exchanges

Eligible items purchased between Oct 15^th - Dec 24^th, 2024 that are accompanied by a Gift Receipt, may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit through January 15^th, 2025.

No returns or exchanges on Holiday Décor after December 24^th, 2024.

Return Policy

Receipt required for ALL returns and exchanges

Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items returned with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Items with a gift receipt will be exchanged for merchandise or for Store Credit.

Returns or exchanges on Clothing, Apparel and Jewellery are accepted within 14 days of purchase in unwashed & unworn condition with tags still attached.
