HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Eligible items purchased between October 15 – December 24, 2026 accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit through January 15, 2027.

No returns or exchanges on Holiday Décor after December 24, 2026. Fresh Cut Christmas Trees, Fresh Holiday Greenery, and discounted Holiday Décor are Final Sale.

RETURN POLICY
Receipt required for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in like-new, saleable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. This condition requirement does not apply to items being returned due to a damage or defect.

• Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Clothing, Apparel & Jewelry: Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

Refunds & Exchanges

• Original Receipt - Refund issued in the original form of payment
• Gift Receipt - Exchange for merchandise or store credit

Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges

We guarantee success in your garden with our Green Thumb Guarantee.

Please return the plant with your original receipt.

Within 30 days of purchase, these items may be refunded in the original form of payment, exchanged, or returned for Store Credit.

After 30 days, we will gladly replace the plant or offer a Store Credit up to the original purchase price.

The Guarantee applies to:

• Trees, Shrubs, Vines, Perennials, Roses, Fruit Plants
• Indoor Tropical Foliage Plants (non-flowering)
• Hardy Water Plants

The Guarantee does not apply to:

• Annual Plants, including Edibles, Hanging Baskets, and Planters
• Indoor Flowering Plants, including Orchids
• Botanical Designs for Indoor & Outdoor
• Plants discounted by 50% or more

Annual Plants, Flowering Indoor Plants including Orchids, and Botanical Designs may only be returned within 30 days under our regular Return Policy.

Why this policy exists

The Japanese Beetle is an invasive plant pest regulated under Canada’s Plant Protection Act. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has restricted the movement of plants and soil out of certain areas in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Kamloops.

Because of this, plants that have been purchased at Gardenworks and brought into any of these regulated areas, cannot be removed. To comply with these regulations and help protect our community’s gardens, Gardenworks is not permitted to accept returns of plants that have been grown or kept outdoors in these regulated areas.
