About the Role:
The holidays are a magical time at GARDENWORKS — and we’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to help create an inspiring and joyful experience for our guests this season!
As part of our holiday crew, you’ll help guests choose their perfect Christmas tree!
If you love working with people, enjoy a fast-paced retail environment, and want to be surrounded by greenery and holiday spirit, we’d love to meet you.
16-32 hours per week, rate starting at $18.00/hr, now until mid-December.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and loading cut trees
- Provide friendly, helpful service to guests and families
- Keep the tree area tidy, organized, and well-stocked
- Trim and tie trees as needed (training provided)
- Support other seasonal duties around the garden centre
What You Bring:
- Positive, energetic attitude and great guest service
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry trees (up to ~50 lbs) safely
- Weekend and evening availability during peak season
