ADDING TO AN EXISTING, LOW AREA OF A GARDEN
GARDENWORKS Premium Outdoor Landscape Soil is ready to use and the perfect additive to raise the soil in garden beds. Just empty contents of bag onto the area and rake to level.
FOR RAISED BEDS
Spread GARDENWORKS Outdoor Landscape Soil into the raised bed and level with a rake. For best results amend topsoil with additional compost or other organic material to improve soil fertility. Note: Compost not only adds beneficial microbial activity, it also improves the moisture content of the soil. For optimal results feed your raised beds with GARDENWORKS Flower and Vegetable 10-15-20.
FOR LEVELING EXISTING LAWNS
In the lower lying area lift and set aside the sod. Now spread GARDENWORKS Outdoor Landscape Soil onto the exposed soil and rake it level with the rest of the lawn. Finally replace the sod as needed. For best results finish by top-dressing the newly leveled area using GARDENWORKS Lawn and Top Dressing, and then fertilize with GARDENWORKS Turf & Lawn Starter 13-26-6.

This soil is not designed for use in planters or pots, use a specially formulated container mix like GARDENWORKS Planter Box Mix for this purpose.
