Special Guests

• July 18 | 10AM–4PM - The Master Gardeners will be in-store to botanize with guests and answer your gardening questions.
• Date & Time TBA - Volunteers from the Vancouver Orchid Society (VOS) will offer short talks throughout the weekend, focusing on specific orchid genera — including Cattleyas, Dendrobiums, and other groups their members are passionate about. VOS members will also be on hand to connect with orchid enthusiasts and welcome new members.
• July 18 from 10am onward, while supplies last - Choms & Noms Pop-Up. Rice, spice, and flavour that excites! Have a taste of Laotian sausages. Fresh BBQ and packaged, frozen sausages to enjoy at home will be available.
   

How to Pre-Order Ecuagenera Plants

This is a rare chance to purchase directly from Ecuagenera's collection — ordered online and picked up right here at Gardenworks.

Step 1 — Browse & Shop Online
Visit ecuagenera.com and explore their full collection of orchids, aroids, bromeliads, and other tropical plants.

Step 2 — Place Your Order Before the Deadline

• Orchids: order by Sunday, June 29, 2026
• Tropical Plants: order by Thursday, July 3, 2026

Orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed for the Vancouver event.

Step 3 — Check Out & Pay Online
Complete your purchase through Ecuagenera's secure online checkout. Payment is made directly to Ecuagenera — not through Gardenworks.

Step 4 — Select "Vancouver Pop-Up" as Your Pickup Event
During checkout, select the Vancouver / Gardenworks event (July 18–19, Burnaby).

Step 5 — Pick Up Your Plants at Gardenworks
Bring your order confirmation to Gardenworks, 6250 Lougheed Hwy., Burnaby on Saturday, July 18 or Sunday, July 19, 2026. Ecuagenera representatives will be on-site both days.

A Few Things to Know

• Plants are shipped bare-root from Ecuador and will not be in flower at pickup.
• All transactions are between you and Ecuagenera directly. Gardenworks is proud to host this event but is not the seller.
