About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized retail leader to manage our Gift & Home Décor department. You’ll blend visual merchandising, inventory management, and guest service to keep the department running beautifully — and looking the part.

Full-Time · 40 hrs/week · $23.00–$25.00/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand.
• Oversee daily department operations, including receiving, pricing & inventory management
• Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to support merchandising and replenishment decisions.
• Create inspiring visual displays that reflect current trends and seasonal stories.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting department that enhances the guest experience.
• Lead in-store promotions and seasonal changeovers that bring energy and vibrancy to the department.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in home décor, lifestyle, or gift merchandising.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and design.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and track sales performance effectively.
• Excellent communication, fostering collaboration and motivation within the team.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and POS/inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks as required.
• Comfortable with light lifting and extended periods of standing or walking.
